Our returns policy provides you 14 days from reciept of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error.

How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:
 
Please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization. Do not ship the product until you have received our instructions for returning the product. We will reimburse you for the return shipping.
